Nice place in Venice Positive: The apartment is small but super efficient - it has everything you need for a short or extended stay. It is separate from the main house, so there is a privacy. It comes with a terrace, which is lovely to sit down and relax when the weather permits. The neighborhood is ok - some stores are within convenient walking distance. The place comes with gated parking! The owner was extremely responsive and very proactive with requests. Overall, it is a lovely place. Negative: Getting the keys is confusing - the entrance with the key is at the BACK of the property and we had to figure it out ourselves. The rent is high for value...
